It already feels like summer, even though it doesn’t officially arrive until June 22. I planted flowers from seeds this year, which haven’t come up yet, but I bought a few full-grown violets and petunias to enjoy while I wait for my garden to grow!
I’m delighted to say that those of you who’ve been waiting so patiently (and impatiently) for Lydia’s story, UNFORGETTABLE, the next Benedict Brothers book following INVINCIBLE, will soon be rewarded. UNFORGETTABLE will be available as an e-book—in all formats—on July 1.
If you don’t have an e-book reader yet, one of my favorite historical western romances, THE BAREFOOT BRIDE, will be in stores in paperback on July 15, with a fabulous brand-new cover. This is yet another mail-order bride story, about a Boston widow who comes all the way to Fort Benton Montana. Great fun!
I’m planning a short holiday in Florida but I’ll be in New York to speak at Craftfest and Thrillerfest July 8-12. I’ll also be speaking in San Antonio for the national RWA conference July 22-27. Please come up and introduce yourself. I look forward to seeing you there.
Take care and enjoy the summer reading!
