Yay! It’s Spring!
Great get-togethers start with beautiful table settings, and this month I’m introducing a little sparkle to my table with new rhinestone-studded glassware. Elegant ambiance sets the stage for a delicious meal. This month, I’ll be introducing a brand-new chopped kale salad which features macadamia nuts and mandarin oranges. I got the recipe from the Beach House in Kauai on my recent vacation there. Yummm! Whenever I eat out and have something especially delicious, I always ask for the recipe. Believe it or not, most places are willing to share. I’ve gotten some great ideas for my dinner parties from those great chefs.
