dinner-party2After three months of unpacking and arranging, I decided I was finally ready to host a dinner party in my new home. With all the beautiful summer flowers in bloom, a yellow, blue, and white nautical table setting seemed like fun.

I served a kale salad, baked chicken with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, blueberry muffins, and my former mother-in-law’s recipe for sinfully delicious mashed potatoes, which includes three ounces of cream cheese, eight ounces of sour cream, and an entire stick of butter for just eight potatoes! I topped it all off with biscotti and four different kinds of gelato.

I’m still looking for suggestions for two-word titles for SURRENDER. If I choose dinner-party1your title, you’ll receive an autographed copy of the book when it comes out–with an acknowledgement in the book of your contribution of the title. So keep those suggestions coming to my website via my contact page.

Take care and happy reading,
