What makes a “Girls Only” dinner party different from one that includes men? It may not be what you’d expect. For example, the guest list for my next party includes a rocket scientist, a former journalist, a psychotherapist, and a New York Times bestselling author. We’ve come a long way baby!
But it’s not just the varying careers that create interesting conversation. Now that women have the freedom to choose a career in any field that piques their interest, it doesn’t seem to have eclipsed their interest in relationships. Conversations continue to run the gamut from world affairs to romance to adventures with the grandchildren.
