Welcome to Joan’s Spooky Halloween Fun House!

My kids are grown and gone, but I still love decorating for Halloween.  Making your home spooky and scary doesn’t have to be expensive.  Most of my Halloween decorations were bought at the end of the season the previous year, usually at a 50% or more discount, from Michael’s, Target, The Dollar Store, Home Goods, and Pier One.  I store all my decorations in plastic bins the rest of the year–orange for Halloween, red and green for Christmas, clear for Thanksgiving and Easter–well, you get the idea.  That makes it easy to locate the decorations I need when the season rolls around.  Have fun decorating, and Trick or Treat!
